Important Update on U.S. Tariffs for Imported Goods
In light of current or proposed U.S. tariffs, we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.
To minimize inconvenience at the point of delivery, we will prepay all applicable tariff taxes on your behalf during the import process. This means you won’t need to deal with U.S. customs directly or face unexpected charges upon receiving your goods.
Here’s how it will work:
We will calculate the applicable tariff or import tax based on U.S. customs regulations and the item’s manufacturer classification.
A payment request will be sent to you with the detailed tax amount before shipment.
Once your payment is received, we will handle the prepayment of the tariff on your behalf during customs clearance.
This process ensures transparency and convenience while keeping your delivery smooth and compliant with U.S. regulations.
